We all have God-given gifts in order to serve the kingdom of God. At FPC, we rely on our volunteers to support our ministries. We encourage you to talk to one of the Elders about how you can serve God's kingdom and His children using your time, treasures and/or talents.

This ministry serves the spiritual needs of members and guests at 10:30am on Sunday. There are many ways to take part, such as: greeting, taking up offering, be part of the audio/ visual group, Scripture reader, choir member, or prayer leader.
There are various Bible studies offered at FPC. We have weekly daytime studies (Tuesday's at 10:30 AM, Sept - June) and evening studies that run at various times throughout the year.
Led by our choir director, David Shin, our choir meets at 9:30 AM on Sunday morning to prepare for worship. Practices are held on alternating Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. (Sept-June). New members are always welcome.
The Praise Team leads contemporary music during Sunday services. If you are able to play an instrument or wish to lend your vocals, then this is the group for you!
Care & Nurture Team
This ministry seeks to visit or contact those who are unable to make it to our Sunday service due to poor health.
The youth group is aimed at youth ages 11-17 and meets on Saturdays at 7:00 PM.
The A/V ministry consists of handling the website, the sound system or the PowerPoint shows during the Sunday servi
W4M Women for Mission
The mission team creates awareness and raises funds for the Union Gospel Mission, Presbyterians Sharing, PWS&D, the New Westminster Food Bank and other non-profit organizations.
Our Sunday School runs from Sept to June: we have 2 classes: Class 1 (Junior) age 3-6 years. Class 2 (Senior) age 7-12 years. We also provide nursery care for children ages 0-2 years.
Pre-service prayers are held in the Prayer Lounge behind the Sanctuary at 10:00 AM on Sundays before service. A well-established Prayer Chain is also in operation.
Here at FPC, we are constantly expanding our library in the Lower Hall. To find out if we have a certain item or to request a book, contact the church.
